Water and rocks

I wated to go big and slightly abstract with this painting, looking at
the rocks through the water from above. Several references were used and
I improvised a lot. After several iterations in August and September, I
let the painting rest for a bit. In January I took a look at it again
and decided after just a few brushstrokes that is was done. |
