23. Primary colours - some more practice with digital art and Procreate (I have learnt colour fill :-) ), this time in the primary colours as per the challenge of The Tuesday Collective and with a cat and a duck from CatConJunection25.

24. Sloths - is a combination MondayMehfirmations and TheTuesdayCollective with the theme sloth.
This is a digital drawing using Procreate.

25. Larkspur - TheTuesdayCollective this week challenged me to paint flowers. I wanted to go loose, so this is a A4+ watercolour painting and it was so much fun to paint.

26. Statement earrings - TheTuesdayCollective this week the challenge was "Statement earring". I thought about the Vermeer painting of the "Girl with the pearl earring", but reproduced using only ballpoint pen ... so that is what I did on a A5 paper. I didn't get the face right.

27. Jewel tones - I just love semi-precious stones and geodes. This was painted with watercolours on 9X12 inch Langton cold pressed watercolour paper. Geode for Doodlewash and Water colour month and Jewel tones for TheTuesdayCollective.

28. Snakes - was a corn snake that we had 20 years ago. This is acrylic on a 20x20 cm canvas, the background is from some gelli printing. Snakes is the current theme for TheTuesdayCollective.

29. House plants - TheTuesdayCollective this week challenged me to paint a house plant, I went with a bonsai. This is a A4+ watercolour painting, it tooks me two tries to get the result I wanted. This painting also works with the Doodlewash theme of "Ornate".

31. Rich pastels - TheTuesdayCollective this week challenged me to use a limited palette, so I made a sunflower for LumiDrawGust. This is a digital drawing using Procreate, it took about 2 hrs to draw.

32. Lions - TheTuesdayCollective this week had the theme "Lion", I made an A4 sized watercolour.

33. Gladiolus - TheTuesdayCollective this week have the theme "Gladiolus", I made a mirrored digital drawing in Procreate.

35. Mustard yellow - this little sweetheart is (partially) mustard yellow and a very pupular kid. It is black ink and copic marker on A5 paper, in the eyes I used some of my new Mattehop gel pens.

36. Flamingos - digital drawing in Procreate

37. Asters - with a Lunar moth. This is a A4 ink and watercolour/gouache painting.

38. Witchy - is a quick digital drawing in Procreate where I didn't have a reference, it just came out of my imagination.

39. Colour palette - It is October and spooky vibes with a vampire bat, this is a digital drawing using Procreate

43. Colour palette - is a quick digital drawing in Procreate of a letter using the colours from TheTuesdayCollective and the theme from HarryPotteRick.

6. Puerto Rican Euphonia - this was a quick oil painting on top of a layer of acrylics on a 20x20 cm wood panel. I used a refreence of another bird and then changed the colours.

7. Praying mantis - this is based on a picture that I took of one of my praying mantises when she was a juvenile. The painting is a watercolour on A4 varm pressed paper.
