<< September 2026 Inktober,
Darkartober
1. Monthly Scribble - this month I saw a cow. Drawing made in Procreate
3. Resplendent Quetzal - for Birdtober. Ink and copic marker on 170 g A5 paper.

4. Magpie - for TheTuesdaycollective, mostly watercolour on 18x24 cm coldpressed paper
5. Overthinking - feels familiar. Drawing made in Procreate
6. Black cat - for the spooky season, I had a play around with my granulating watercolours. This is a watercolour (Gansai Tambi granulating colours and W&N) on a Fabriano cold pressed 18x24 cm watercolour paper.

10. Spiders - a male peacock spider doing the mating dance. For TheTuesdaycollective. Ballpoint pen on A5 paper.
18. Witchy - I had another play around with my granulating watercolours without a reference. This is a watercolour (Gansai Tambi granulating colours and W&N) on hot pressed A4 watercolour paper. For TheTuesdayCollective.

There is a big difference in colour if I scan or photograph this painting, the photo is closer to what my eyes see. Must be the granulating pigments
22. Skeleton flowers - are flowers that become transparent when they are wet. I made these from UV gel and some wire and placed them in a Miniverse kitten cup. For TheTuesdayCollective.
