The finished painting, on rice paper mounted on a 15x15 cm wood panel.
Using a laser printout in black & white (double printed), I transferred the butterfly to a gelli plate and then the colours weher added to the top.
The coloured butterfly was then transferred to a background paper using a thin coat of varnish
This print is then ready to be glued to a wood panel.
Once the wood panel dried, I added some paint on top of the paper to improve of the print.
